Gopal & Metzgar Technologies Private Limited – company in Chennai which is less active now – deals with metal spray based technologies like Meta build, Aldiff, Alnit, Alheat etc (all my inventions), traditional heat treatment like hardening, carburizing etc.
ALDIFF - H/G
process to provide high temperature properties like hot corrosion resistance and hot gas erosion resistance, oxidation resistance and enhanced creep properties on materials used in applications involving exposure to hot gases at elevated temperatures like boiler tubes, exhaust tubes, burners, recuperator parts, flue ducts and host of other engineering items.
ALDIFF - O/R
process to provide high temperature properties like Oxidation Resistance, Scaling Resistance, Hot Corrosion Resistance and enhanced creep Properties on materials used in Applications involving elevated Treatment jigs and fixtures, Salt pots, furnace parts and a host of other engineering items.
ALDIFF - W/R
process to provide a very hard surface on steel components thus enhancing their resistance to wear, abrasion and erosion.
ALHEAT
process to provide extra hard surface on gears, pinions, tools, jigs, fixtures and a host of other quench hardened items.
ALZINC
process to provide corrosion protection for components, fabrications and structurals used in saline environments, in coastal areas and amidst sea water
ALNIT
process to provide a ‘low friction coefficient’ surface on fully finished ferrous components like shafts, gears, engine components, hydraulic parts,valves, dies, tools and a host of other engineering items
ALZINC
